When you register as a homestay owner, we collect your full name, telephone/WhatsApp number, email address, identity card number, username and the listing information you submit.

How it is used

This information is used to manage your account, contact you, verify identity and review listings before publication. Identity card numbers are never displayed publicly and are accessible only to authorised administrators.

Security and retention

Identity card numbers are stored in encrypted form. Passwords are protected by the WordPress security system and cannot be read by administrators. Information is retained while the account or applicable operational and legal requirements remain active.

Your rights

You may contact us through the Contact Us page to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and security requirements.

Booking enquiries

When you send a booking enquiry, your name, telephone/WhatsApp number, email, stay dates, guest count and message are stored in the system and shared with the relevant homestay owner so they can respond. No payment is processed through this form.
